What to expect in therapy?

No whatever u say will be strictly confidential and ur parents wont b in the room unless u ask for them 2 b! She will listen n ask u a few questions! She will give u 24hr contact numbers so theres always someone to talk 2 in confidence if u need to! Just try ur best to open up n say what u feel and ect even tho this may feel difficult 4 u! Just remember she\he are there to help but they cannot do this unless u are truthful with them! They cannot tel any1 anything u tell them without ur concent! Good luck x
