HELP! We found our chicken jut laying in it's coop with limp legs and have no idea what to do.?

She is separated from the rest of our chickens and is eating and drinking on her own. Hr tail is up and is showing no signs of being in pain. Her BM is normal. She is currently in a bath to keep her cool it is 110 degrees out right now. Other than her legs everything seems normal. Thanks in advance!!
